Lauren: Hi, my name is Lauren Butler. I am a personal Trainer at UCCS Campus Recreation. I like to run, go on hikes, weightlift, play basketball, and paint. In my free time, I also like to motivate others to follow their dreams and read books.

Arianna: Hello! My name is Arianna Russell and I am the instructor for the Mountain Lion Fit classes as well as Vinyasa and Restorative Yin Yoga classes. I love being physically active and the effect it has on our wellbeing!

Kolby: Hello! My name is Kolby Carothers, and I’m a personal trainer at UCCS Campus Recreation. I am a junior studying Exercise Science and minoring in Health and Wellness Promotion. You may also see me at the front desk inside the Campus Rec Center, or working as an intramural official. Each of these aspects allows me to keep my body moving which is one of the many things that I enjoy! Other than staying active, I also love spending time with my family and friends and occasionally watching Netflix to relax

Riley: Hi, my name is Riley Webb, and I am a Personal Trainer at UCCS Campus Recreation. Some of my favorite hobbies are hiking, fishing, camping, skiing, rock climbing, and pretty much anything that has to do with being outside. I absolutely love exercise, and I am super excited to be a part of the UCCS fitness team this year!
