Please submit immunizations to the Wellness Center via our Wellness Center Portal

The State of Colorado requires that you have proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps and Rubella when attending classes at UCCS.

In Addition

In addition to the MMR,  all incoming Freshman living in housing must provide proof of receiving the Meningococcal ACWY vaccination or sign a waiver prior to move in.  The Wellness Center also recommends that all other incoming freshman consider getting the meningococcal vaccine.
