Our skilled, Licensed Massage Therapist from Let Loose Massage Therapy offers a variety of massage techniques available in 30 and 60 minute sessions. Massage Therapy is open to the UCCS community, including students, faculty, and staff. There is also a free full body massage chair at the Recreation Center that can be used by students and members of the Recreation Center.

Not sure on the amount of time you should choose for your massage? A 30 minute massage is perfect for that one problem area that you want specific attention on. 60 minutes is recommended for a complete mental escape and full body massage.

  • $25- 30 minute massage
  • $45- 60 minute massage (student rate)
  • $50- 60 minute massage (faculty and staff rate)

Although not required, it is customary to tip a Massage Therapist.

Gift certificates are available to purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Please contact Gina Nelson at 719-360-1721 to purchase a gift card.

Your scheduled massage will take place in a comfortable, quiet room located in the Wellness Center. Most massages and bodywork techniques are traditionally performed with the client unclothed, however, you should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session.

Chair massage services are available to departments, organizations, and others, dependent on availability. Please contact Gina Nelson at 719-360-1721 for more information. Chair massage services must be requested 2 weeks prior to date of the event.
