Please submit one form per class time: Competitive sports (volleyball, yard games) (30-60 minutes) Group fitness class (ex: yoga, Zumba, cycle, strength) (30-60 minutes for $50) Opioid Overdose Response / Narcan Training (1 hour) This training will cover topics such as: harm reduction, opioids, recognizing an overdose, and the administration of Narcan in the event of an overdose. All participants will receive two doses of Narcan to take home with them. QPR Suicide Prevention training (90 minutes) This training will help participants recognize and help others who may be thinking about suicide. All participants will receive a certificate of completion. Recreation and Wellness Center tour (15 minutes) SOS presentation: Personal Self-care This session introduces students to key everyday living skills to support independence and success. Topics include time management, budgeting basics, personal organization, cleaning and laundry tips, and personal hygiene. Students will leave with simple strategies and confidence to manage life outside the classroom more effectively. SOS presentation: Healthy Relationships and Handling Conflict (45 min) This session explores the dynamics of interpersonal relationships, with a focus on identifying the characteristics of healthy vs. unhealthy connections. Students will learn how to recognize red flags, set boundaries, and communicate effectively. The session also offers practical strategies for resolving conflict in a respectful and constructive way—whether in friendships, romantic relationships, or roommate situations. SOS presentation: Juggling Life (45 min) Being a college student is a juggling act—and this session brings that idea to life! Through a fun, interactive “juggling” activity with classmates, students will explore strategies for balancing academics, work, and personal life. The session also introduces the SOS (Skills for Building Student Success) program, highlighting its four key focus areas: social connection, self-care, study and test-taking strategies, and sleep health. Students will leave with practical time management tips, a better understanding of campus support, and tools to build skills, recognize their strengths, and navigate common college challenges like making friends and overcoming homesickness. SOS presentation: Personal Well-being (45 min) This session offers students a toolkit for navigating stress through mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and healthy coping strategies. Participants will explore simple practices to stay grounded, reduce anxiety, and build emotional resilience along with campus resources that support overall well-being and balance. SOS presentation: Sleep (Big Cat Naps) (45 minutes) This session focuses on the importance of healthy sleep and its impact on academic performance, mental health, and overall wellbeing. Students will learn practical tips for improving sleep quality, establishing a consistent routine, and overcoming common sleep challenges. Campus resources to support better sleep habits will also be shared. SOS presentation: Social Connections (45 minutes) This session explores the challenges of isolation and loneliness that many students experience during college. Participants will gain strategies for building meaningful connections both on and off campus, along with practical tips for developing social confidence. The session also addresses common roommate and relationship conflicts, offering communication tools and conflict resolution skills to support healthier interactions and a stronger sense of belonging. SOS presentation: Study Skills and Test Taking (45 minutes) This session explores key strategies to support student success both in and out of the classroom. Students will learn practical techniques for time management, organization, and building healthy academic habits. The session also covers ways to manage exam stress and performance anxiety, offering tools to stay focused, balanced, and resilient throughout the semester. SOS presentation: Wellness Center 101 (30min) Get to know the Wellness Center and all it has to offer! This session provides an overview of health and wellbeing services available to students from counseling and medical services to wellness workshops and drop-in resources. Test your knowledge with interactive trivia and a better understanding of campus wellness offerings. Trail maintenance session (2 hours) Bystander Intervention (1 hour) This training is offered in collaboration with the Dean of Students and Office of Institutional Equity.
