How of Happiness Groups
Our Happiness Group is a practical and empowering 5-week program based on current research on positive psychology, coping skills, and happiness. The concepts covered in this group are based on years of groundbreaking scientific research about what does and does not make people truly (and sustainably) happy. As a part of this group, you will receive your own copy of the UCCS Happiness Workbook and we will journey through weekly activities and discussions together.
