Leagues
Intramural leagues provide opportunities for individuals, partners and teams to compete in a wide variety of sports. Leagues feature weekly round robin style play followed by a single elimination playoff tournament. Participants may create their own teams or join individually. If a participant wishes to participate but is unable to form a team, the participant may sign up as a free agent. Free agents will then be placed on a team.
Leagues available include Men’s, Women’s, CoRec, Open and Res Hall. CoRec leagues must have an even mix of male and female players, while Open leagues can be comprised of any combination of male and female players.

How to Register
Individuals are encouraged to participate in all Intramural Sports Activities whether it is individually, with a partner, or on a team. Teams are generally formed by residence hall units, student organizations, hometown affiliations or most often simply by groups of friends.
If you want to play and don’t have a doubles partner or don’t have enough people to form a team, you can still get involved. The free agent program is in place for those who wish to compete. Register for your sport and select the free agent option and the staff will assist in forming your team with others looking to get involved.
The Intramural Sports Program exclusively uses the online-based, user friendly FusionPlay app for registration, scheduling, and communication. All you need to start the registration process is your UCCS username and password.

Free Agent Program

If you don't have a team or partner and want to play all you need to do is open the FusionPlay app and register for the sport as a free agent player. Captains looking for more players will see your name and add you to their roster if it’s a good fit. We will either form a team from the Free Agent List or try to get you placed on an existing team.
The Intramural Sports Program will do their best to accommodate all free agents, but signing up as a free agent does not necessarily mean placement on a team. Additional information is available at the Campus Recreation Office.
Become a Sports Official

Hello, and thank you for your interest in being a UCCS Intramural Sports Referee! Being an intramural referee is a great opportunity to make new friends, gain work experience, and, of course, earn a little bit of money. We are looking for students with a sports background; however, this is not required.
If you are willing to work hard and learn the rules, then you too could become a great referee in no time. As a referee, there are a few requirements we ask that you are able to commit to. We completely understand that school comes before work and are willing to work with your schedule. As long as you are able to meet these requirements, then you are on your way to becoming a UCCS intramural referee!
